Vergas Gasholders
 Vergas Limited is a specialist in the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of high-quality double-membrane flexible gasholders.
Models are supplied both as ground installations and as digester roofs. The company policy is to use the highest quality materials available, and has proven expertise from the installation of over ninety installations worldwide.
Vergas Gasholders are designed with the operator in mind, and provide full access for inspection without de-commissioning, using an entry door allowing an operator wearing Breathing Apparatus equipment to inspect all parts of the structure from the working space between the membranes.
The performance of the inner membrane is paramount. This is constructed and tested in one piece in the factory, this removes the need for vulnerable site-sealing work on any part of the gas containing envelope.
Accurate level readings and signal outputs over the entire range of gas contents are enabled by a special level-stabilization system (Patent Pending).
The gasholder is designed in UK, using UK analysis and modelling software, and provides full control over all quality-assurance critical processes.
